Jesse Grift (founder)

As one of the co-founders of Govin, Jesse is mainly concerned with the legal and deal-term side of things. Having sat at both sides of the table as founder and investor, Jesse knows his fair share about shareholder agreements, governance structures, and corporate law.

With prior product experience at financial data scale-up Owlin and as co-founder at AI scheduling assistant Zazu, Jesse is no stranger the running his own gig. Besides building the next-gen platform for governance, Jesse likes to stroll around flea markets on the hunt for vintage watches and Dutch romanticism art.
